Silent Voices DVD profits to support NCDV

After two years sitting on a shelf following its airing on The Community Channel in 2005 Silent Voices is finally being released as a DVD to raise funds for the National Centre for Domestic Violence NCDV.

Following Refuge's Chief Executive Sandra Horley's campaign to help women recognise the warning signs of domestic violence it seemed appropriate for me to get the messages contained in this 1 hour docudrama back out there.

Not least because the first quarter of the program deals with this exact issue - showing how intelligent and succesfull women become isolated by charming and on the surface loving men, before discovering their partners true colours.

The DVD is available from Amazon.co.uk and can be purchased here with all profits going to the NCDV to support sufferers of Domestic Violence.

One would have hoped that after four months, there would have been some progress into bringing to light
